Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chemy Limousine Service, its owners, officers, employees, chauffeurs, agents, and affiliates from any and all:

  3. Damage to vehicle caused by Client or Client's guests

    • Defamation, harassment, or assault by Client
  5. Client's negligence or willful misconduct
  6. Violation of laws by Client or Client's guests (underage drinking, drug possession, etc.)
  7. Passenger misconduct including but not limited to:
    • Fighting or violence among passengers
    • Sexual harassment or assault
    • Vandalism or property destruction
  8. False claims or fraudulent chargebacks initiated by Client

This indemnification obligation survives termination of service and continues indefinitely for any claims arising from your use of our services.


15. FORCE MAJEURE

Chemy Limousine Service shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
